Discover

Week 1

We learn about your business, customers, services, and goals.

Before anything is designed, we need to understand what the website actually has to do. This stage is mostly questions.

What happens

  • A short call to walk through your business and how customers find you
  • We map your services and decide which ones deserve the most attention
  • We look at what your competitors in the area are doing online
  • We agree on the single most important action a visitor should take

What we need from you

A conversation, plus any existing logo, photos, or marketing material you already have.

Design

Week 1–2

Your website is designed around your business — not a generic template.

You see the direction before anything is built. Layout, typography, colour, and structure are decided here, where changes are cheap.

What happens

  • Page structure planned so visitors find what they need immediately
  • Visual direction built around your brand, not a stock layout
  • Mobile layout designed first, then scaled up
  • Two rounds of revisions to get it right before build begins

Review the design and tell us what feels right or wrong. Your feedback drives the revisions.

Build

Week 2–3

The website is developed, optimized for mobile, and prepared for launch.

The approved design becomes a working website — responsive, fast, and tested on real devices before it goes anywhere near your customers.

What happens

  • Full development across phone, tablet, and desktop
  • Forms, maps, and contact paths wired and tested end to end
  • Search foundations, metadata, and analytics configured
  • Performance checks so pages load quickly on mobile connections

We handle this stage. You get a preview link to click through on your own phone.

Manage

Ongoing

Optional ongoing website care keeps your digital presence current.

A website is not finished on launch day. Website Care exists so your site stays accurate as your services, hours, and pricing change.

What happens

  • Hosting, upkeep, and monthly checks handled for you
  • Content, photo, and service or pricing updates
  • Seasonal and promotional changes
  • Minor design changes and basic troubleshooting

What we need from you

Send us what needs updating. We handle it — you never touch a dashboard.

Already have a domain? We’ll use it.

Whether you have been running on an address for years or you have never registered one, both paths are covered. Your website launches on the right address either way.

Keep the domain you already own

We connect your existing domain and move the site onto it. Your address stays exactly as your customers already know it — only what loads there changes.
