Getting started
No. If you have content already, we will work with it. If you do not, we will draft it based on a short conversation about your business, then you review and correct it. Most business owners find it much easier to edit than to write from scratch.
Yes. We can write the copy for every page and source professional imagery where you do not have your own. If you have existing photos of your work, location, or team, those are always stronger than stock — we will tell you which ones to use.
No. We are based in Vaughan and most of our work is across the GTA, but the process is handled remotely — so we work with businesses anywhere in Ontario. Location has never been a constraint.
Most projects run two to four weeks from the first conversation to launch. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly content and feedback come back — we will give you a realistic schedule before anything starts.
During the project
Hosting is covered by Website Care at $149 per month. There is no separate hosting bill. If you opt out of Website Care, we can discuss your options during the project.
Two options. Pay in full at the start, which includes a free month of Website Care, or pay 50% to begin with the balance due on launch. Terms are confirmed in writing before anything starts.
If you are not sure, send us your details and we will recommend one. Most local businesses land on Business because the dedicated pages and stronger calls-to-action are what actually turn visitors into enquiries.
Website Care covers content, photo, service, and pricing updates along with minor design changes. Larger additions are quoted separately so there are no surprises.
After launch
No. It is entirely optional. Website ownership and management options can be discussed during your project.
Yes. We will walk you through what you can edit and how. Many clients still choose Website Care simply because they would rather spend the time running their business.
You get a working website, the analytics and search foundations configured, and a walkthrough of what you now have. From there it is either yours to run or handled under Website Care.
Every package includes search foundations — proper page titles, descriptions, structure, and analytics. Local SEO work is built into Business and Signature. Ranking takes time, but the technical groundwork is done properly from day one.
